I have a Blackberry storm and I set the backlight to dim after ten seconds. After about 30 seconds after it dims it lights back. It’s really annoying and drains my battery. How do I get it to stop?

When I turn on my computer, Blackberry Desktop Manager opens up automatically. I want to stop this coz it slows down my computer a lot and is extremely annoying.

So, how do you stop it through opening on when the computer is turned on?

I use a blackberry pearl and yahoo. Every time I send an email through my blackberry, a copy of it shows in my “sent” folder in Yahoo. I don’t want any of the messages to save there. How do I get it to stop?
If I send mail through my regular account (on my notebook, not my blackberry) it doesn’t save a copy in the sent folder. Only when I send it using the blackberry….

From time to time, I go to look up a contact and that person has mysteriously been deleted through my contact list. Every 5 minutes my Treo beeps and tells me that I just inserted a memory card and asks if I would like to search for videos. I inserted the memory card weeks ago. It did this same thing for a day or two and then stopped and has now started again. Is there a way i\’ve the ability to make this stop? Thanks!
