I just got a new t-mobile G1, and i am just learning how to use it. But I noticed that I do not get a beep or vibrate when I am on a call. If i’m on a call, i have to constantly keep looking at the screen to check and see if i have a new text message, it’s really annoying. Does any1 know if there is an application or anyway that i can at least get it to beep and notify me that i have new messages?

All of my previous non-smart phones have alerted me when i\’ve missed a text or call. They would usually send a loud “beep” noise every 5 minutes or so. However, my HTC Touch Pro doesn\’t have an option to enable this under the sound settings. Are there any external apps that will work with my Touch Pro to do this for me? Thanks!

I had a first generation jailbroken iphone and there was an app that let you assign almost anything you wanted to the double click house button. I had it set to call my wife. Now i\’ve the 3g iphone, also jailbroken, and i\’ve the ability tot remember what the app is called. Please help!

While im on phone call, my htc pro2 will automatically go back to the main screen.It is aggravating especially if im calling a automated system because it makes me navigate back to the phone screen then have to pull up keypad again. Im not sure if i changed a setting by mistake.,But it is very bothersome.How can i correct it ?
