Okay so I just switched over to the HTC HD2 through an iphone so I’m not really framiliar with the windows mobile interface. I bought it through someone on craigslist so I didn’t get it through the store. Basically I’m wondering what updates, if any, should I install? Or how can I find out what the most recent update is?

I am just curious if a Sprint account SIM card will work with the HTC HD2 unlocked, because while searching the net I found something saying that the phone is only compatible with carriers that are GSM ready. I can’t find anything on whether or not Sprint is GSM ready. Thanks.

i\’ve a treo and the screen is dented but the inside is not damage you can see everything fine. Would I just need the digitizer or the whole lcd?

I recently cracked my iPAQ 111 classic screen and suddenly 3 back strips appeared. Other than that, it works fine. Is there anyway to remove the black spots [not the cracks] from the screen? Thanks.

Hey all. I just replaced a cracked LCD screen on my o2 XDA Trion (aka Cingular 8125) and now it boots up into a white screen. I’ve heard that one needs to replace the tape that was on the LCD ribbon. How important is that? And do you have to get that silvery and metallic tape? Or can you just use black electric tape? Thanks!

I have the HTC Hero touchscreen phone (mine is through sprint). I have some applications on my home screen that are taking up space and I hardly use them. I want to put some of the ones I use more often on there. I cant figure out how to take it off the home screen without uninstalling the application though. Can anyone help, because the manual isnt!!

i\’ve a brand new samsung omnia (which hasnt been working perfectly anyway) and now the touch screen wont work. All the surrounding buttons work fine, and the screen itself isnt frozen (it still changes if you turn the phone around). Is there a simple way for me to get it unfrozen, or do i need to get it into a verizon store?
