i\’ve an Ipaq 3630 and I don’t know where to get a gps receiver or whatever is needed to make it a gps for my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got my a 2nd hand iPAQ rw6828 without any box and user guide. I totally don’t know how to put my sim card contacts into it. And where can i find the user guide online? Please help.
