i\’ve a Verizon Env and i want the voyager. I bought the voyager off someone and now i want to activate it. I also dont want to pay a activation fee so how do i go about doing that. I went on Verizon’s webwebsite online and it is asking for order numbers and location codes which i don\’t have. Should i just call them?

While im on phone call, my htc pro2 will automatically go back to the main screen.It is aggravating especially if im calling a automated system because it makes me navigate back to the phone screen then have to pull up keypad again. Im not sure if i changed a setting by mistake.,But it is very bothersome.How can i correct it ?
