The Google Voice application for Blackberry and Android phones allows you to make outbound calls through your Google number, read transcriptions of your voicemails, make low priced international calls, and send free SMS.

Google Voice is available only in the US

The app is available as a free on Android Market, while BlackBerry would have to head to http://m.google.com/voice through their cell phone to get it.
