I called Verizon’s number and I seem to get a continous loop asking for my cell phone number and 4 digit password over and over again. I am trying to put some time on my sister’s pre-pay phone to help her, since she is snowed in. I also tried registering at Verizon wireless’ webwebsite, but a message pops up that states my information doesn\’t match theirs even though it is correct. Don’t they want to make money? How come they make it so difficult to buy minutes? Is there a way to get a live person on the phone. Help!
