   You should have:
   -iPAQ PDa device
   -ActiveSync software for moving files to-from PDA-PC
   -Your word document
   Then just copy and paste the file into the PDA storage
   This will convert your word document into pocket word document.

   BUT notice that
   Pocket word does not support all features in Word, so you may see some differances.
