I need advice of you guys on this cellphone. I am buying this cellphone new with everything except box for $150 Canadian dollars. Is it worth buying it?.

Do somebody own it here? would somebody would like to drop few lines about it and how is it?.

Also can I upgrade the windows CE 2003 to 2005/2006 in it?.. rite now it is using windows mobile 2003 but I would like to upgrade it to a higher and newer version of windows mobile.
