I can’t get window xp to connect to iPAQ 3790, any suggestions?
It’s a compaq iPAQ 3790 with a new cable. Windows doesn’t make the signature usb chime when I plug it in. I’ve downloaded and installed 3 different versions of activeSync and all of the software available at hp.com and have googled the hell out of it and tried all the reset options on the forums to no avail. I feel like i need a USB driver installation or maybe just a serial dock.
I think you are right, man. I think it’s likely your driver, it’s not compatible with your iPaq at all. But it could be the new cable too.
