I have a Compaq Ipaq C500 I want to see if I can upgrade the processor?

The processor is a intel pentium III 498 MGz I want to upgrade
the memory I have 128 MB of ram. I only have 2 slots on the motherboard where I can put memory . I need to upgade my
hard drive it only has a 1.99 GB C. Drive and a 17.1 GB backup drive. How can I tell what processor will be the best for
me and will fit on to my motherboard .

    While you could technically do this, it is not advisable. This is a very old computer, and it you will need to upgrade virtually everything in it in order to make it be compatible with newer hardware (power supply, motherboard, perhaps even case). In the end, it will be only slightly cheaper and far more work than just building/buying a new computer.
