How to fix blackberry charger portal?
My blackberry charger portal just stopped getting the charge. My phone has not gotten wet to my knowledge. So what steps should i take to fix it before i buy another phone and or before it dies and i’m without a phone?

take it into your carriers (E.G O2, Vodafone) and ask them to have a look at it they may take it off you and send it to blackberry for a repair
Are you sure it’s the charger portal and not the phone charger itself? Show it to the technician in the phone shop and let them help you to check what went wrong. They should be able to find out for you.
