   There are two (actually three) ways you can do this….either through the blackberry desktop manager / in particular the media software like Roxio media manager (which will convert video to work at optimal playback).

   Or if it is already in that 3gp format you can drop it onto your media card manually by putting the card in your computer w/ adapter. Or you can hook your phone to your laptop via USB cord and select let your media card function like a storage device then drag and drop.

   In the Roxio software you basically plug the phone up via usb. Open the desktop software and media manager then you can basically drag and drop if it is in the right format. If it is not then you might have to convert it first.
