The latest version of BackCountry Navigator, 2.7.6 has changes aimed at adjusting to the irregular timing of internal GPS in phones made by HTC, including Samsung Omnia, AT&T Tilt, HTC P330, and others. Although this was working for many people already, others reported inconsistencies, and even that they had to start other programs to jumpstart the GPS.
